However, as our products are hand and machine made, very occasionally they may contain small imperfections. We also understand that sometimes people change their mind after making a purchase and may wish to return or exchange an item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Also, to ensure we are able to provide free shipping on the orders when placed, there will be a low flat $9.00 return fee charged each time the order is returned after approval.
